Today we start with great news for users and businesses, who use Instagram every day. Yes, the social network is in the test phase to provide the much desired "swipe/drag up" by all.

The button, which is only available for stories from accounts that have 10,000 followers or more and for those who have the verified seal, is still in the testing phase for a very small number of network users.

The format for those who do not fit into the two previous categories, however, is a little different. It comes to users as a sticker of the platform, instead of the traditional “swipe/drag up”. Check out in the image below how the platform advertises the sticker.

According to Instagram's head of product, Vishal Shah, this testing phase is validating what types of links users place on the sticker. This link analysis period is one of the most important parts to verify that spam traffic, unwanted links and false information will be greater than its real purpose.

This is the only free taste that Instagram gives to users with less than 10k followers. Another way that many companies and users use to have the drag up is advertising on the network, because every form of ad has the link field, thus releasing the "swipe/drag up".

This testing and validation period may take a few months to reach the general public and, as of the time of publishing this article, we have not received further updates from the social network on the subject.
